Office of Purchase


The Directorate of Purchase and Store is fully responsible to procure goods, services and to sustain, and support the educational and research goals of the University. We strive to achieve fair, transparent and healthy competition with most efficient operations while adhering to the requirements of University, policies, procedures, rules and regulations in true spirit together in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The Procurement Office provides help and advice on all aspects of buying goods or services for the University. The Directorate aims to will help you in selection of the best suppliers and achieve the best overall value for money.


Various Committees are constituted to observe all the legal/ codal/ procedural formalities strictly in accordance with “Punjab Procurement Rules 2014” for all procurements (goods/ services) to ensure transparency and financial discipline.
