The Project Management Unit (PMU) is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within defined budgetary and time constraints while meeting technical specifications and project objectives. This involves comprehensive planning of activities, tasks, and deliverables, including work breakdown, scheduling, budgeting, task coordination, and resource allocation. The PMU oversees the selection and organization of project teams, facilitates effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, and closely monitors project progress. Additionally, it identifies and addresses technical and functional challenges to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of goals.
