Role of Pakistan in Global Peace Diplomacy

The Directorate of Student Affairs organized a seminar on the “Role of Pakistan in Global Peace Diplomacy” at University of Narowal with the purpose of promoting peace, national unity, patriotic values, and awareness among youth regarding Pakistan’s positive role in global diplomacy and regional stability.

The seminar was attended by Commissioner Gujranwala Division Syed Naveed Haider Shirazi along with Regional Police Officer (RPO) Khurram Shahzad Haider, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Tayyab Khan, and District Police Officer (DPO) Malik Naveed, who appreciated the efforts of Directorate of Student Affairs in organizing an informative and inspiring event for students.

During the seminar, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz) addressed the participants and highlighted the significance of peacebuilding, responsible citizenship, and constructive youth participation in national development. He stated that the youth are the true ambassadors of Pakistan and their positive role is essential for promoting harmony, tolerance, and the country’s soft image at both national and international levels.

The distinguished guests also shared their views on Pakistan’s role in global peace diplomacy and encouraged students to contribute towards a peaceful, progressive, and united society through education, discipline, and patriotism. A large number of faculty members, administrative officers, and students enthusiastically participated in the seminar.

To add a patriotic spirit to the event, university students presented inspiring national songs that filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm, unity, and national pride. Their performances were warmly appreciated by the audience and reflected the passion and dedication of the younger generation toward the country.

At the conclusion of the seminar, souvenirs were presented to the honorable guests by the university administration as a token of appreciation and remembrance, acknowledging their valuable participation and support for initiatives promoting peace, youth empowerment, and national harmony.
