Submitted abstracts may have multiple authors including the scholars, researchers, faculty members and students from the national and international educational institutions, organizations and the industry as well.

Abstract Submission Criteria

An abstract/submission will only be eligible for acceptance if it meets all of the following criteria/requirements:

• It must be between 300 - 500 words along with 05 keywords
• Must be in English language
• Must be a completed study – research proposals or projects that are still in progress will not be considered for acceptance.
• Must be related to the above mentioned themes - research abstracts related to other fields will not be accepted.
• Only unpublished work shall be considered.

Supplementary Materials

Attaching supplementary materials when submitting your abstract is optional. The abstract may include supplementary items such as graphs, figures, charts, images, etc. if they meet the following requirements:

1. A maximum of 2 supplementary items may be provided.
2. All supplementary items must be compiled into a single PDF document.
3. Must be relevant to the scientific content of the abstract.
4. Must be the original work of the authors – supplements that are cited from other research works will not be accepted.

Content and Format Guidelines

Abstracts will be judged according to the following criteria

1. Title: Abstract titles should be relevant to the content of the abstract and succinctly convey the aim of the research project/study.
2. Objectives: The research question should be conveyed and the aim(s) of the project should be stated explicitly.
3. Methodology: The methodological basis of the study must be briefly described. The limitations of the study, including those of the chosen methodology, may be addressed in a different section or verbally by the presenting author.
4. Coherence: The language used must adhere to the norms of academic writing, and should be coherent.
5. Results / Knowledge and Impact: Abstracts should be written in a manner that reflects the value of the insights and knowledge yielded by the findings of the study.
6. Originality: The content of the abstract should strive to be as original as possible. Abstracts presenting the key findings or perspectives will receive significant credit for this feat when judged and scored.

Note: Plagiarism of any kind will not be tolerated - abstracts found to contain plagiarized work will be disqualified and the authors will be banned from future conferences at University of Narowal. Citations, including for data drawn from other sources, should be provided appropriately.
