Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) implements internal quality assurance (IQA) mechanism of the University. QECs are established in all campuses and are run as per HEC guidelines. QEC is actively involved in various activities taking place at University of Narowal, including faculty development, improving learning and teaching standards, determining stakeholder satisfaction, appraisal of undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate degree programs and refining the support processes. QEC is member of International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), and Association of Quality Assurance Agencies of the Islamic World (AQAAIW). These memberships offer ample opportunities to collaborate with international members for benchmarking and standardization of best practices. Moreover, the QEC staff also participates in their international events, both as a significant contributor and participant.

The Quality Enhancement Cell is an essential component of University of Narowal administrative and academic structure. It is connected with the Quality Assurance Agency of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, for the implementation of the quality enhancement policies. Quality Enhancement Cell of University of Narowal also monitors the academic programs and administrative processes and functions to ensure International standards that are accepted globally. The Quality Enhancement Cell is dedicated to maintain academically rich, the quality-directed, research based and a scholarship promoting environment in the University of Narowal. Working with all the faculties, departments and disciplines, administration and management to establish and ensure excellence and a high quality in all degree programs, the determination to confirm its quality assurance program that reflects the vision and the mission, and it is also in accordance with the Quality Assurance Agency of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The Quality Enhancement Cell is striving to improve institutional processes and procedures to perform effectively and efficiently. The Quality Enhancement Cell has productive planning for making a visible difference at University of Narowal; the young University will be in the top and frontline intuitions of Pakistan with international standards.
