The Registrar is the Head of Administration and custodian of the seal of the university, working directly under the Vice Chancellor. The Office of the Registrar maintains student academic records with accuracy, integrity, and privacy while facilitating core statutory, administrative, and academic functions across the university.
Primary Mandate & Scope
In coordination with other departments, this office establishes, implements, supports, and upholds academic policies related to registration services, enrollment and degree verification, class schedules, grade processing, managing degree audits, processing degree applications, verifying student enrollment status, and facilitating university-wide registration systems.
