Vice Chancellor Launches Tree Plantation Campaign
(Narowal, 7 April 2025) – The Vice Chancellor of the University of Narowal, Dr. Muhammad Younus Rana, formally launched the tree plantation drive under the “Plant for Pakistan” campaign by planting a sapling in the university's main lawn. The event was attended by the university registrar, faculty members, students, and other administrative staff.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Muhammad Younus Rana emphasized that trees are an essential part of life, and every individual must play their role in environmental protection. He stated that the “Plant for Pakistan” campaign is not only a means to improve the environment but also a positive message for future generations. He issued directives to plant hundreds of saplings across the university in the coming weeks to make the campus greener and more vibrant.
